Our servers come with Ensim based control panels which offer very comprehensive on-line help pages. We have included a couple of extra topics here which may not be covered quite as fully in the manuals. In the event of you still having any questions, please fill in the form below.

Name Servers (or DNS)

If you want to host with us and already have a domain registered, you will need to need to change the name server entries associated with your domain name to point to our name servers. Make sure that when you place your order, you select 'use existing domain'. It is then your responibility to organize pointing the domain name at our name servers although we will help you as much as we can. We will pass on the name server details to you when you order your hosting package if required.
